Donations from Robbie’s Rugby Festival 2019 have been used by Ward 27 to purchase two infusion pumps which allow children with cancer to receive treatment away from the hospital.
The Coleorton Christmas on the Green 2019 raised an amazing £1000.00 thanks to the generosity of all those who attended and The Coleorton Parish Council. A special thanks to Ann Stafford and Richard Hughes who organised the evening. We all enjoyed carols, mulled wine and mince pies, craft stalls, a local band that played beautifully and Father Christmas naturally made an appearance! The Christmas Tree was ceremoniously switched on and everyone had a wonderful time. The Robbie Anderson Cancer Trust is proud to have raised over £100,000 towards the Teenage Cance Unit at Leicester Royal Infirmary. Over the years we have, thanks to the amazing generosity of so many people, been able to help make life on a children’s cancer ward in Leicester a little more comfortable.
